There was a decent one in the leak (+1% more minion damage / nearby ally, up to a maximum of 15%) but it didn't seem to have made it. Together with avoiding a rework of minion masteries, it seems to be a conscious choice by GGG to avoid minion builds from being popular. Not entirely sure why - I love minion builds - but it does seem conscious.Unless everthing is great it may actively hurt the price. Better to leave it to the buyer to find out. Not really. The tiers you are looking at in say the leak are about what slot in the tree they go in, 1-2-3-4-5 with 4 being keystones and such, 5 being the skill modifiers. The modifiers in 1-2-3 have actual tiers of them, so like 2-3 added phys vs 31-35. The skill modifiers, keystones etc would only have one tier, thus t1. 3.
