Spawning at Warehouse side I often find my self facing massive amounts of scavs. Thats the best place in the game IMO to farm scavs for quests. 10-15 scav kills is not unusual for spending 10 min in the area around the warehouse and hole in the wall opposite of Checkpoint tower.
