I downloaded the app, and it said to press cycle and empty buttons in the same time and wait until the power button turns from white to blue. Tbh it doesn't even have a white light like It's supposed to have. I pressed the buttons for a long time and nothing happened, I plugged it out for 5 minutes and tried again but still nothing.
