I have been getting the "reduced propulsion" message. It always seems to be the same scenario. Driving on extended range (engine on) and then I'll stop and turn the car off.Stop and put it in Mountain Mode for 5-10 minutes and this should resolve the issue. I would also recommend that you stay in mountain mode the remainder of your trip. I never drop my battery down to 0 miles especially in the winter or when I might be driving on the interstate. Mountain Mode will likely fix your problem.
